WHAT WEIGHTS SHOULD I USE?

Unsure of what weight to use for the HOME program? Here's our suggestion regarding dumbbell weights:

Light (L):          Dumbbells that are easy to lift from the floor to shoulders but challenging to press overhead.

Medium (M):  Dumbbells that are easy to lift from the floor to waist but challenging to lift up to the shoulders.

Heavy: (H):     Dumbbells that are challenging to lift from the floor to waist.
