Assisted pull up machine

Points of performance

  • Adjust weight of machine according to strength levels (machine weight counteracts body weight)
  • Stand onto the platform and grip the handles outside shoulder width with an overhand position
  • Hang with arms fully extended before beginning the pull
  • While maintaining a flat back and neck, lock shoulder blades down and pull body up until chin passes the bar
  • Control decent  back to starting position until the arms are fully extended
